Pat's experience spans from 1974
to today. She loves working with people and knows all phases of real
estate. She's the former owner of Chesnut Realty Corporation and is
experienced in managing, renting, investing and selling in Florida,
Tennessee, Costa Rica and Brazil. Pat purchased and sold homes and land in
Costa Rica and almost succeeded in developing The Palm Tree Beach Resort in Natal, Brazil.

Ray's experience spans from 1992
to today. He's a former employee of Chesnut Realty Corporation and is
experienced in managing, renting, selling and investing. Ray has
extensive experience in South Florida; Dade and Broward counties. Ray
also lived in
Colombia and Brazil and has extensive real estate experience in both countries.
He also assisted in the beginning stages of The Palm Tree Beach Resort.
