Pat, Jim and Ray are your team of qualified professionals and are here to help you receive your funding. We make mortgage loans,
investor "hard money" loans and small business loans. We are also consultants and can help and advise you in your
real estate investments. We often can secure loans in one or two days.

As a Private Mortgage Lending Company in North Central Florida since 1990, we know not everyone qualifies for conventional financing. Chesnut Lending will consider your unique circumstances and provide a financial solution for you. We have the ability to work with most any borrower where banks cannot. Banks are restricted and don't have the flexibility we have.

PAT CHESNUT
Pat Chesnut began her career in real estate in the early
1970's as a manager of an apartment complex. Her drive
and acumen helped her through all aspects and levels of
the industry: Property Manager, Licensed Real Estate
Broker as owner/manager of Chesnut Realty, Inc.,
Investor and Mortgage Lender. Her decades of experience
enable her to lead the Chesnut Lending team. Originally
from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Pat is a loving mother,
married with one son and enjoys walking, reading, and
most of all, assisting others in realizing their real
estate dreams.

JIM CHESNUT
Jim Chesnut is a native Floridian and became involved in
real estate in 1985 after his marriage to Pat.
Previously the owner of a manufacturing business and a
roofing and real estate licensee, Jim oversees the
maintenance of the companies' investment properties. He
was also owner/realtor of Chesnut Realty, Inc. and he
brings to the Chesnut Lending team his vast knowledge
and expertise in creative financing. As a humanitarian
and one who enjoys the outdoors, Jim is a Mason, Shriner,
Boy Scout Leader, Shooting Sports Instructor and is
active in many other civic organizations in Florida.

RAY ACHEY
Ray Achey is also a native Floridian with a well-rounded
business background in many industries including
entertainment, expedited shipping, and e-commerce. Ray
has been involved in real estate since 1990, is the
former owner and manager of an apartment complex in
Gainesville and has lived on both coasts of the United
States. An avid traveler and savvy mortgage lender,
Ray's breadth of experience adds perspective to the
Chesnut Lending team and helps him relate to and assist
clients.
